Daedo’s Terms & Conditions

Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure a date and order. Deposits may be non-refundable.

Due Dates: The balance may be due on or before the pickup date. The balance may be due before the product leaves the premises. The remaining balance may be due a certain number of business days before delivery. 

Late Fees: Late fees may apply if payment is not received by the due date on the Order. Late fees of 10% of the amount due may be charged on a daily basis until the balance is paid.

Cancellation Policies: Orders may be canceled if payment is not received by the due date. Orders may be subject to cancellation fees if canceled within a certain time frame. Orders may be subject to credit given for a future order if canceled within a certain time frame.

Rush Orders: Rush orders may be subject to additional fees. Rush orders may require full payment at the time of order.

Payment Methods: Payment may be accepted by credit card, company check, or ACH transfer. 

Refund Policy: We understand that ordering donuts online requires trust and confidence. We take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. However, due to the perishable nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or there are concerns about freshness, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.
